Was excited to install my Auxbeam panel and followed all the directions and watched some youtube videos as well only to be disappointed I could not get it to work. After trouble shooting the wiring with no results, I contacted customer service and was assisted by "Dorothy" who helped me in my trouble shooting and installation. After several days of back and forth emails, Dorothy sent out an entire new package which I reinstalled and it worked flawlessly. I am very happy with my product but am extremely happy with how "Dorothy" continued to assist me and never gave up on making me a satisfied customer.
